ABOUT ME

ABOUT ME

HI, I’M KRIS.

For years, I measured my worth by how much I gave, how little I needed, and how well I could anticipate what everyone else wanted.

I was the one who had it together. The responsible one. The healer. The helper.

Until I burned out, broke down, and finally realized I didn’t know who I was anymore.

That unraveling was the beginning of my return to myself.

I CREATED THE CENTERED WOMAN PATH BECAUSE I NEEDED IT.

I have a master’s degree in psychology and a decade of experience in trauma-informed work. I’ve worked with survivors, mothers, and women who carried too much for too long. But none of that prepared me for the moment I realized I was living my life for everyone but me.

I had the insight. I had the tools.

But I was still exhausted, bitter, invisible, and burnt out.

I had spent years shape-shifting to earn love.

Being the responsible one. The understanding one. The “easy” one.

I said yes when I meant no. I gave without receiving.

I stayed silent when I should’ve screamed.

And in the end, I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

the turning point:

I hit a breaking point—and then made a decision.

I stopped asking people to treat me better and started treating myself better.

I left my marriage. I walked away from people who preferred the performative version of me. I stopped over-giving.

I started setting boundaries, honoring my needs, and making peace with the fact that not everyone would like the real me.

What healed me wasn’t just therapy or mindset work. It was application and integration.

  • Ritual.

  • Reflection.

  • Reparenting.

  • Boundaries.

  • Embodiment.

  • Presence.

That was the beginning of my return.

And that’s what became the Centered Woman Path.

What i do now:

I help women stop abandoning themselves—so they can live lives that actually feel good.

Not just look good.

Whether you’re in a relationship where you’ve lost yourself, constantly over-giving in your family or career, or burned out from being the one who always keeps it together—I’m here to walk beside you as you reclaim your voice, energy, and wholeness.

Through online programs, virtual community, and 1:1 coaching, I teach women how to:

  • Set boundaries without guilt

  • Regulate emotions instead of stuffing them down

  • Reclaim their self-trust and inner stability

  • Choose themselves without apology

What i believe:

  • You don’t need fixing—you need centering.

  • Boundaries are an act of self-devotion.

  • Guilt is not proof that you’re doing something wrong.

  • Emotion regulation is sacred work.

  • Women are allowed to take up space.

  • Living a life that pleases you is reason enough.
