1. Digital Product Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials via the email address you provided at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, access is granted for the lifetime of the course (defined as the duration for which the course is available for sale and hosted by us).

We reserve the right to update or retire courses at any time. If a course is retired, you will be given advance notice and the opportunity to download any included materials (if applicable).

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access provided, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content, including videos, workbooks, audio files, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Thriving Imperfectly. By purchasing, you are granted a single, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials.

You may not:

• Share, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the content

• Allow others to access your login

• Use the materials for commercial purposes without written consent

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access and/or legal action.

4. Disclaimer: Not Therapy or Professional Advice

5. Community Conduct (if applicable)

If a product includes access to a private group or community, we ask that you engage respectfully and uphold the values of honesty, kindness, and self-responsibility. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the community for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without a refund.

6. Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to do so may result in revoked access to the course and collections procedures.
