phase 1: foundations of centering yourself
This is the first step—because most of us don’t even realize how deeply we’ve been decentering ourselves.
In this phase, you’ll learn to:
Recognize the ways you’ve been outsourcing your worth
Work through guilt, shame, and fear that keep you stuck
Build emotional regulation skills you were never taught
Stop living in survival mode
Set boundaries that honor your energy, your body, and your spirit
