phase 1: foundations of centering yourself

This is the first step—because most of us don’t even realize how deeply we’ve been decentering ourselves.

In this phase, you’ll learn to:

  • Recognize the ways you’ve been outsourcing your worth

  • Work through guilt, shame, and fear that keep you stuck

  • Build emotional regulation skills you were never taught

  • Stop living in survival mode

phase 2: INTEGRATION - CENTERING YOURSELF IN LOVE, FRIENDSHIP, FAMILY, AND WORK
